Business coaching and life coaching
Two tracks. Business and leadership coaching for owners and managers, and faith-based life coaching for the personal side. Same directness. Two different rooms. The first conversation is free. We work out what you are actually dealing with, and whether I am the right person for it.
Two ways to work with me
I own and run RSP Auto Repair and Tires, a five-bay shop in Fort Pierce. Payroll, staffing, slow months, the whole thing. So when we sit down, you are not explaining it to somebody who has only read about it.
-
For owners, operators and managers. We work on the decision you keep putting off, the systems you keep meaning to build, and how you lead when nobody is watching. Sessions are one-on-one, by phone, video or in person.
-
For people who want faith in the room. Same directness, different conversation. We talk about your will, your commitments, and what you are actually going to do about them. This track is separate from my ministry work and is not counseling or therapy.
-
Project work for small businesses and nonprofits. Getting an operation organized, pricing sorted, roles defined, or a plan written down so it can actually be followed. Scope and terms are agreed up front.
-
I come to your location the way a customer would, unannounced. One visit. I see what your customers see: how the phone gets answered, how the front of the house looks, how long things take, what the team does when nobody is watching. Then I tell you straight what is working, what is costing you money, and what to fix first. You get a walkthrough conversation and a short written summary you can actually act on. Not a thirty-page report that sits in a drawer.
How coaching works
1. We Talk First
One conversation, no pitch. You tell me what is actually going on. I tell you straight whether I can help.
2. We Name The Real Thing
Most people are working hard on the wrong problem. We find the real one before we build a plan around it.
3. We Set The Next Move
One move, small enough that you will actually do it before we talk again. Not a binder. A next step.
4. We Keep It Moving
It is a gradual thing. Take your time, but keep it moving. We meet on a rhythm that fits your schedule.
Let’s Work TogetherTell me what is going on and which track you think fits. I read every message myself and I will get back to you within 48 hours.
