Founder and former executive director of Here To Inspire Community Foundation. Secured a $90,500 Share Our Strength grant. Twenty years running businesses, more than thirty people employed.

I did not come to this from a classroom. I came to it from starting over more than once, from building things that worked and things that did not, and from a lot of years of watching people stay stuck in a place they already knew how to leave.

I wrote The Complicated Simplicity because of that. I started Here To Inspire because of that. I coach because of that. The message has not changed: the will is yours, it was always yours, and using it is simpler and harder than anybody tells you.
