I come in as a customer. Then I tell you what I found.

One unannounced visit to your location. I see what your customers see, and then you get the truth about it. A walkthrough conversation and a short written summary you can act on this week. Not a thirty-page report that sits in a drawer.

What I actually look at

I own and run RSP Auto Repair and Tires, a five-bay shop in Fort Pierce. I know what it is to be the owner who thinks everything is fine because nobody tells him otherwise. That is what this visit is for.

What it costs is quoted, not fixed. It comes down to three things: the kind of location, how many locations, and how far I am travelling. Tell me those three and I will give you a number.

How a visit works

We talk first

A short call. You tell me what you are worried about and what you want me watching for. No pitch.

I show up

Unannounced, on a day you do not pick. I go through your business the way a customer would, start to finish.

We walk through it

I tell you what I saw. The good, the costly, and the thing nobody around you has been willing to say.

You fix what matters

A short written summary and a short list, in order. Start with the first one. It is a gradual thing, but keep it moving.
